  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in the Parish but have no Parsonage House.

  2. Other benefices: No more than one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No where but at my own Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd every day.

  5. Frequency of communion: Every month and well attended.

  6. Catechising of children: At the Chapple of ease all the summer months and in the Town the master of the Charity School does the office.

  7. Church fabric: Every thing is in good repair and all things decent provided.

  8. Glebe terrier: I know of no Terrier.

  9. Number of families: Its computed there are about twelve thousand People.

  10. Chapels: The Chapples of ease are Served by the Rectors and their Curates.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: A few Papists, and three dissenting meeting houses one Anabaptist, one Arian, one Presbyterian. names Sprage Anab; Kiddle Arian; Follett Presbyterian.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Two free=Schools, one Charity School well provided and a publick Library.

  13. Charity: Many and in general well managed.

    Priest's orders and institution: The Date of my Institution or Collation is on the 20th of April 1760 - I was ordain'd Priest the 24th of May 1752 by the Right Reverend George Lavington the Lord Bishop of Exeter.
